A Warrior's Poetry
I saw the second Inuyasha movie, "The Castle Beyond the Looking Glass," and I enjoyed hearing these "poems" so I decided to post them.
To meet nevermore.
Tears of sorrow overflow deep within my heart.
What good, this potion of life?
All is but dust in the wind...
Oh, arrow of mine,
With power pure and immense to slay the dragon.
Do your good deed fast and swift.
Grasp the crystal in its neck.
I ventured to see if what I had heard was true,
but this jeweled sprig with leaves so real,
‘twas nothing more than an empty promise.
The white hot flames of my love for you
cannot burn this cloth of fur.
My raiment, sleeves dried of tears,
now on this day I don.
Could you have but known but that it would burn so swiftly,
this raiment of fur,
you would not have then sat with such little show of concern.
Time has past swiftly as I have waited to see the shell you promised.
They say that I wait in vain.
Could this be so?
I hope to find the gleam of the fallen dew,
but nothing can I see.
Why did you go yonder to mount Ogura?

Let The Games Begin...
I am currently trying to complete this game I received a few days ago. It's title is "The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker." This game is about two years old but the gameplay is unparalled, the graphics are awesome for a Gamecube game, and I love the plot line of the Zelda games. MY first encounter with Link was way back at his beginning, in the "Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap." After this I was hooked, and I'm looking forward to the Legend Of Zelda game being released in April. I'm consciously neglecting any outstanding schoolwork and Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles. I got up at 11:00 a.m., and I took a shower, brushed my teeth etcetera. Afterwards I went with my grandfather to pay his electricity bill, but he forgot it somewhere so instead we went to King of Pizza in Cherry Hill. I'm running low on cheesecake >:(
On another note, I do not like the holidays. I like to think of myself as an eternal pessimist. I subscribe to the school of thought that preaches that the holidays, (Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Christmas,) are part of a devious scheme born in the greedy little minds of corporate America. I'm looking forward to sleeping in over our short break. That's all for now.

Schedule
I know four months have passed already but I feel the urge to post my schedule, so I will Chemistry II AP: My favorite class which is taught by Mr. Snyder, a good teacher, he likes to make jokes and loses his train of thought/gets sidetracked alot but he gets his job done efficiently and has a pleasant personality Pre-Calc Hns. : Taught by Ms. Quattrone, she is a chubby short blonde haired lady who knows alot about math. She is efficient, but moves at a slow pace, I was expecting this being pre-calc, and honors, that we'd be moving more quickly. This class can be boring but it has its practical uses. British Literature:Mr. Granieri is my teacher, he is a short guy who never tests us and barely gives homework, and all we do is read boring British poetry which is a foreign language to me, out of all my classes this is my least favorite. Physics 1 Hns. My teacher is Mr. Burgess. His teaching methods can best be described as outdated and dry. His class is hard but not impossible to get an "A" in, I currently have a 80 and have no intention of letting it drop to a "C", I guess I better start studying work and energy...........His jokes are dumb and corny but I find them amusing nonetheless. AP Amer. Gov. Mr.Bonkowski. This class is very laid back for an AP course, but I appreciate the "laid-back" format in comparison to Mrs. Snyder's AP U.S. History class, which I took last year. Her class is frantic and filled with work of all sorts and types and very fast paced. On a general note he has a good personality, accepts late work except for major papers, and attempts to impart some of his knowledge of govenment. This post has gotten longer than I intended so I'm off to eat some cheesecake again! :P
Recap
Today was a fairly boring day. We played pictionary in chemistry after we were tested on chemical thermodynamics in first period. Chemistry was 2 periods today because today is our lab day and it was a "shortened" bell schedule, yet the classes increase in length from 42 minutes to one hour. Go figure. In pre-calc my lazy assed teacher gave us sudoku puzzles to entertain ourselves with for an hour. For those of you who are unfamiliar with sudoku puzzles, they consist of a 9x9 square array of boxes in which you must place the numbers 1-9 without a number repeating in the same column or row. Chemistry is usually fun, or interesting and always entertaining. I got a 64/70 on my ch4 pre-calc test. I did not do my physics homework again and I finally finished and turned in my research paper. In American Government class we watched a special program of SNL skits/sketches mocking the presidential debates of 2000 beyween Al Gore and our Commander-in-Chief. My government teacher says we will never have a female president, I mention this because of the Geena Davis show on tuesdays that shares the same title. I personally would vote for a female candidate running for office. I'm hoping that Oprah or Hilary Clinton will run in 2008, but that's just my opinion. I ate cheesecake and had chicken fries from burger king when I got home :) I have to work on organizing my information for a debate on government regulation of internet content over the break, as well as read two chapters in the text, ch 8 & ch9. I was not able to read chapter eight, and had not done the take home test, but luckily I was able to get Kiitan to lend me hers, so if you're out there reading this thank you Kiitan Babalola. Physics won't be of any particular importance over the holidaY BREAK, if you can call 7 days a break, when other schools get 14!... Here's something random: I come in darkness, but fill the mind with light. I bring enlightenment to some, while gripping others in the hand of fear. With me it can be a journey of inexplicable joy and sorrow. What I will show you will often be unreachable. Journey with me and what you see may haunt you. Journey with me and you may never want to return home. Journey with me and you will never know when it will end. What am I? A DREAM I can't really think of anything else to say so hasta luego!
The Beginning
Hello travelers and random people who come here out of sheer curiosity or boredom, I hope you enjoy your stay. I hope to use this blog to rant about school and other stuff, not that anything comes to mind.
